Log into your Reboxed® account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.
Pack Your Device
Securely package the electronics in their original Reboxed® packaging, ensuring all included accessories and charging cables are placed inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
